Any major dude with half a heart surely will tell you my friend, that this weeks They Bring The Music To Us featured blog is epic!

Any Major Dude is a blog I recently found and is quickly becoming one of my favorites. Catering to the older crowd a majority of posts feature artists and songs from the 70’s and earlier, and is loaded with special features including a Music for Bloggers series that gives TBTMTU a run for its money, but besides that you can find CD-R sized mixes, light hearted series like Great Moustaches in Rock, and Love Songs for Every Situation.

One of the things I like most about Any Major Dude is the length of the posts which you will see are quite larger than most other blogs, which gives you something to read, after all it is a blog not just a .mp3 dump. I also like the interactive Intros Quiz game in which the author pieces together the first 20 seconds of a few songs and offers the amalgamation for download so you can show your musical prowess and name that tune.

Another perk for the gentlemen is a series called Songbirds which features a mini artist-profile of five musical lasses, complete with pictures and songs to download. Nice!
