Not to be confused with a pamplemousse (French for grapefruit), this weeks They Bring The Music To Us featured blog is Pampelmoose, an mp3 blog by Dave Allen

I am going to be honest and say that I’m finding today’s blog choice a little unsettling. Unsettling only because of the fact that I am this guy who brings you a different mp3 blog every week, and I’ve spent so much of my life (all of it) unaware of Pampelmoose. This is especially odd since as you’ll see it is one of the most interconnected music blogs that I’ve ever seen.

Authored by Dave Allen of Gang of Four, Pampelmoose produces posts featuring the latest music news, thoughtful questions, and pop culture tidbits, several times a day.

There are so many things that are great and unique about Pampelmoose, and one of the best is the page of latest mp3s for those of you who want music and want it now.

Another thing I like to see blogs do is build a connection with the audience as much as possible, and Pampelmoose does just that by varying the ways a reader can get the info posted in the blog. With Twitter, Tumblr, YouTube, Vimeo and Facebook accounts, readers can get the content fed to them in the places they already spend the most time online. Smart!

Give Pampelmoose a good read-through and you will not be disappointed.
